There are no refunds or returns offered on any products, courses, or services purchased from The Greek Herbalist. For in-person tours and experiences, the refund policy is provided during the registration process and participants are required to agree to the terms before making a deposit payment.

If you are experiencing issues with a product, please contact me at maria@thegreekherbalist.com and include your order number and a detailed description of the problem you are having. I will respond within 3 business days.
