“Maria's plant walk was an excellent experience. The combination of the amazing historical National garden, Maria's knowledge and passion for plants and herbal remedies, and the Greek mythological story telling all came together beautifully. We got lucky with perfect weather and fantastic photography lighting, all in all it was a very memorable and magical way to learn and explore with really fun teacher.”

“I had a lovely afternoon with Maria, the tour is skillfully crafted with a harmonious blend of botanic, history, and myths, punctuated by some poetry recital along the way in one of the most stunning places in Athens.”

“Maria has a vast knowledge of plants and the National Garden. So glad we booked this tour. It was a great experience and we would gladly do the tour again… Thank you very much Maria!”
— Annette (Germany)
“This was the perfect way to spend our Sunday. The walk had a really great balance of Greek myth intertwined with all the herbal information, not at all forced and completely beautifully flowing. This was so great because we got to enjoy a lovely walk in the National Garden, which we had not been to before (another bonus), while learning about ancient Greece through a new context for us. Maria was so friendly, answered our many questions and had a wonderfully calm energy that allowed the experience to be really enjoyable. I have ADHD and struggle with focus and over and under stimulation. I found the walk to be ideal! I was not overwhelmed with info at any point, stimulated enough and never bored. I could focus and take the info in with ease and really absorb the experience! We’d love to do more with the Greek Herbalist!”
