Sip & Steam Embodiment Workshop

  • SOMA Temple 6 Leocharous Athina, 105 62 Greece (map)

Join us for a Spring Awakening exploring ancient herbs for healing!

Our Sip experience, led by The Greek Herbalist, Maria Christodoulou, will focus on a tea of heart-opening herbs, including rose, lemon balm and hawthorn. Participants will learn about the ancient and modern uses of these 3 herbs, including physical and emotional benefits, and how to incorporate them into daily life. Each participant will make their own tea blend which they will take home with them.

Next, we will drop into our Steam experience where participants will embody the ancient practice of pelvic steaming with herbs accompanied by a meditative Shamanic journey, led by certified Pelvic Steam Facilitator, Melissa Lumina Vlahos. Participants will also learn about the benefits of regular pelvic steaming for supporting feminine health.

A fun social event to awaken your Goddess Persephone Maiden and invite the blossoming of the Spring season. Please bring a journal to take notes.
