From myths to medicine, plants provide a plethora to explore!

Join The Greek Herbalist for an aromatic and ancient journey with the beautiful flora of Greece in the National Garden, located in the heart of Athens in Syntagma Square.

Discover the myths and medicines of plants common in ancient Greece and today. Meander with a clinical herbalist through the treasured National Garden and be delighted by fantastical stories and curious medicinal uses of trees and flowers.

Activity highlights:

This 2-hour experience is slow-paced and appropriate for all ages. Participants will also enjoy a visit to the garden pond, where turtles, ducks, and swans live. To conclude the plant walk, participants will experience a calming guided tree meditation. No meditation experience necessary.

The experience provides participants a fun, educational, nature-filled, and calming experience amidst the hustle and bustle of Athens.
